"I found major rust damage under the windshield of my 68 Impala. Reached out to Cesar, he came out to my place to check the work to make sure they could repair it. We came to an agreement with a proposed 3 week turnaround. I got the car back in a week with excellent results. All the rust was cut out, fabricated a new windshield seat, and painted the dash. Since the car was still missing the windshield they actually towed the car to me from Stockton to Modesto. I will 100% be going back to IC Kustoms with my other items i need."
